Gagan Lamba founded Lamba Law with a vision to deliver the same calibre of corporate and commercial legal services found on Bay Street — but with the accessibility, transparency, and personal attention that growing businesses actually need.

A graduate of Queen's University Faculty of Law (JD) and Wilfrid Laurier University (Honours BBA, Co-op), Gagan brings both legal expertise and real-world business acumen to every engagement. During law school, he earned 1st place at the Dentons Canada Negotiation Competition and competed at the Canadian National Negotiation Competition.

Before founding Lamba Law, Gagan practised as a Corporate Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, one of Canada's largest Bay Street law firms, advising on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. He also completed a secondment at Manulife Investment Management, and earlier in his career worked in automotive finance at Scotiabank and fixed income derivatives at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.

Called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario, Gagan is also a former Pro Bono Students Canada caseworker — reflecting his commitment to accessible legal services. Now serving 300+ businesses across the GTA from our Mississauga office, his approach is straightforward: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and deliver results efficiently.
